Accepted forms of evidence include:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Attendance Allowance (AA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Adult or Child Disability Payment (ADP / CDP β Scotland)
- Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
- Registration as Severely Sight Impaired or Sight Impaired
