- 💳 Cost: £6 per year
- 👶 Age: The cardholder must be at least 5 years old
- 📋 Proof required: Evidence of disability is needed when applying
Accepted forms of evidence include:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Attendance Allowance (AA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Adult or Child Disability Payment (ADP / CDP – Scotland)
- Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
- Registration as Severely Sight Impaired or Sight Impaired
